From China to Reading
從中國到雷汀

This is a booklet produced as a deliverable of the project financed by the Heritage Lottery Fund. It presents a record of stories from the Chinese people who have made Reading their home. The stories were collated by volunteers who had spent many hours in identifying candidates in the Chinese community, followed by interviews which ranged from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Summaries were produced from the recordings which were edited into stories and translated into Chinese or English accordingly.
